Periodical Reconciliation of Account Receivables from client and Accounts Payable to Subcontractors.
Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts.
Maintain project-related records such as Contracts, Change Orders, and Variation Orders etc.
Verify Job Orders, BOQs, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Progress Bills etc and Create Project Accounts in the accounting system.
Processing of supplier invoices related to a project.
Report to the Management regarding the remaining funds availability and Cash Flow.
Assist Site Engineers or Project Managers to prepare Snag List and other Maintenance Work Estimation for the completed projects.
Segregate overhead charges to be applied to a project.
Analyze Project Estimated Cost with Actual Cost and submit variance reports to management.
Ensure appropriate procedures for financial reporting, record keeping and documentation which maintains files in an orderly and accurate manner.
